Grand Launching of HAU 75th Anniversary
Morning: Mass at HAU followed by Breakfast
Afternoon-Evening (strictly Formal): Inaguration of new Building
Formal Opening Ceremonies (University Presidents, Politicians other
VIPs are expected to attend. President GMA may also attend but not sure)
Speech of HAU President (Arlene Villanueva)
I understand that during or after the speech of Arlene, our
Pioneer batch will be mentioned/recognized.
Formal Dinner (our Batch will be given 10 tickets for the formal
dinner. US Based batchmates who will attend
will be allocated dinner tickets)
Concert - Featuring HAU talents
March 9
Reunion Party at the Mahogany Ballroom, Holiday Inn Mimosa Resort in Clark Field
6 - 7 pm: Registration
7:30 - 9:00 pm: Buffet dinner (Band & Singers will entertain during dinner)
9 - 12 midnight: Entertainment, Dancing, Special Dance numbers
Emcee: Ms Juliann Savard (Miss Teen Philippines 2006)
Band: Turn Back Time Band (full band)
Attire: (Semi) Formal
President Arlene Villanueva and 5 other top officials of HAU are
expected to attend our Pioneer's Reunion Party)
We are still planning if we can do an outing on March 10. Candidate
place is the Fontana Resort in Clark.
The HAU March 8 Gala Night Invitation is the official invitation given by
the HAU to all its guests during the opening ceremonies of HAU's 75th Anniversary Celebrations. A maximum of 1000 people will attend this Gala night.
Thanks to all our US Based Batchmates who contributed to this reunion. Serge Gacuma delivered the $1900 when he arrived in Angeles last week. The extra money will allow us to hold a 2nd day (Mar 10) get together at an exclusive resort in Clark. We are looking at the Executive Villa at Fontana Resort where each villa has its own private pool and sauna. They are really world-class. Food will be catered.
